The hotel's decor was charming and had a cozy feel, which made it very pleasant for senior people like myself. The general areas were well-maintained and had a warm ambiance. Additionally, the hotel was easily accessible for seniors, with convenient ramps and elevators available.
I would ask for better vacation packages specifically designed for senior people. It would be great if the children working there could provide more assistance and support tailored to the needs of older guests.

I was offered a room with nice views of Mountains and the Ganges. The breakfast was very good - a huge variety of dishes. The location was favourable and perfect, around 10-15 minutes walk from a historic suspension bridge.

The location was perfect, away from the main street and bridge, yet close enough to visit everything on foot. The hotel had a serene atmosphere with beautiful trees and surrounding monkeys. The room was spacious with a huge bed, and the balcony offered stunning views of the hillside and Ganges river. The hotel had a great rooftop space and a good restaurant option.
Nothing it is perfect.

The room was basic but clean, with shelves to store your belongings. The views were amazing and the staff was friendly and helpful. The ayurvedic massage by Depack was outstanding. The food was great and cheap. The location was convenient, with local markets and yoga centers just minutes away.
Felt really like home, no reason to complain.

We had a great experience at Bhandari Swiss Cottage. the staff were polite and took excellent care of us. the restaurant served tasty food, and although it was small, there was a lovely garden and cafeteria area where we could enjoy the view. the higher floor rooms had a top-notch view, and the room, though small, was clean and comfortable. the receptionist was understanding and helpful, adding to our positive experience. we found our stay here to be great value. Cons: Liked everything! 😊.

Had a great stay during Christmas at this hotel. The room was spacious and clean, with a spotless bathroom. The hot water and wifi worked perfectly. The location was quiet and away from the hustle and bustle of the main road. Enjoyed the beautiful view of the river and temples. The staff at the reception, internet cafe, and travel agency were all very helpful.
The restaurant service was quite offensive, with the waiter being arrogant and neglectful. The room could have been cleaner, especially around the edges.

Stay at this incredible hotel won't disappoint! The mind-blowing view from our spacious room's balcony, overlooking the lush green garden and majestic mountains, was simply jaw-dropping. With hot water on demand and delectable room service food, our stay was super comfortable. The friendly staff made us feel right at home, and the location was perfect - close enough to all the action, yet tucked away peacefully. We enjoyed exploring the nearby stores, restaurants, and massage services. Plus, the convenience of paying with our credit card and the availability of amenities like free Wi-Fi, car park, restaurant, flat-screen TV. With its ideal location and exceptional services, this hidden gem is definitely worth a visit!
